The price you see is the price
you pay!
The price is for the villa per week, not per person. It
includes electricity, water, air conditioning, clean bed linen and
towels.
To show how economical a luxury villa can be, here is an example: If
8 people share in March, the weekly price equates to £8.00 per person
per night! Compare that with hotel rates, with far less comfort and
facilities.
We will consider discounting our rates for late availability, rentals
of 3 weeks or more, or to fill a gap in our rentals diary. We are very
proud of our home, and charge a fair rate, if you want a beautiful,
well above average holiday home to make your Florida vacation truly
memorable, then you have come to the right place!

The above optional
extras are available direct from the management company and payment
will be collected by them during your stay in Orlando.
Our management company is run by Dave and Karen who are there to
ensure your stay in our villa is a pleasant one. Their local phone
number will be in the welcome/information file in the villa should you
wish to contact them. There is also a 24 hour emergency contact
number.
